Sonma is a religious village so, there are some temples in this village also. These temples are satuated in round of village... These are:-
1. Ghori devi mandir:-This temple is satuated in the west of north sonma village in the root of chakba village. This temple is between sonma and chakba village so villagers of sonma and chakba as well as nearest villages also come here. It is the popular temple of this area. Here is a tree of pipal also which is very large. Now at this temple light is also avail by chakba village generator operator without any fee. This temple has a new building which is pented in light pink color.
2. Brahm baba:- This is satuated in the south end of village. It is also more popular in this village because there are so many importance of this temple. when any person merrages then he go there with his family member and villagers. There was also a large tree near this temple but now it was destroyed in disaster. There are two temples satuated at here. which is satuated about 20 metre far from each other in south and north of road.
3. Maharani sthan:- This temple is satuated at 1 km far from north end of sonma village in the root of bathnaha bazar. It is satuated near the majhganv (Also called majgama). There is also a large pipal tree near this temple. Here is also two temple. Mainly majgama villagers come here.
4. Dihwar baba:- This temple is satuated in the middle of north sonma village. There is no any big temple at here but it is most important for our village. Here is a flag of dihwar baba which is seen from all over the village. This flag is changed every year by villagers at the festival of navratri. This temple has a boundary of only 1 feet from its surface but it's surgace is about 1 metre from ground.
5. Amaram gachhi:- This is not a temple but a mango tree in sonma village where people go at the festival of merrage.
Further these temple pooja, maa kali pooja, durga pooja, chhath pooja, sarswati pooja, laxmi pooja and visvkarma pooja is also popular in this village. Wednesday is an important day in this village.
